F&M Trust announces recent hires, promotions

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.
 
Greg Carter has been hired as Community Office Manager for the Linglestown Community Office.
Carter will be responsible for fulfilling sales, service, and referral needs of walk-in customers, and will actively contribute to the efforts to grow consumer loans, deposits, and noninterest income.
The Harrisburg resident previously was Vice President and Financial Solutions Manager for First Commonwealth Bank.
 
Heather Gormont has been hired as Consumer Lending Manager.
Gormont will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of installment loans and open-ended credit to customers; developing consumer loan offerings; and ensuring the bank’s compliance with established policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements.
The Fayetteville resident previously was Vice President of Consumer Lending and Loan Services Manager for ACNB Bank.
Gormont is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
 
Erin Parker has been hired as Commercial Loan Processing Support Specialist.
Parker will be responsible for ensuring effective pre-closing and post-closing commercial loan documentation review; updating the commercial loan documentation exception tracking system; and coordinating the residential appraisal process.
The Shippensburg resident previously was a Commercial Documentation Specialist for Orrstown Bank.
Parker is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
 
James Sylvester has been hired as Credit Analyst.
Sylvester will be responsible for completing analyses and providing credit-related information regarding commercial credits that are consistent with the bank’s prescribed loan policy and ensuring that analyses provided accurately reflect the risks associated with the credits.
The Chambersburg resident previously was a Consumer Loan Underwriter for ACNB Bank.
Sylvester is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
 
Heather Yoder has been hired as a Residential Mortgage Closer.
Yoder will be responsible for ensuring that residential mortgage loan documentation complies with state and federal banking regulations as well as internal bank policies, and working with the Residential Mortgage Lending Manager to implement new products, procedures, and loan policy recommendations.
The Dillsburg resident previously was Brokerage and Accounting Coordinator for Landmark Commercial Realty.
Yoder is based at F&M Trust’s Camp Hill Mortgage Center.
 
Levi Crouse has been promoted to Vice President.
AimeeBeth Davis has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the Lincoln Way East Community Office.
Evelyn Farnsworth has been promoted to Special Assets Officer.
Steve Gormont has been promoted to Special Assets Officer II.
Tory Lovett has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Lincoln Way East Community Office.
Alayna McClain has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Mechanicsburg Community Office.
Laura Potthoff has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Bryce Stevenson has been promoted to Credit Analyst.
Tyler Williams has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Carlisle Crossing Community Office.
