Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Commercial Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial insurance products and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role will involve managing client accounts, processing policy changes, and ensuring our clients receive the best support possible. If you do not have prior experience, training will be provided, and we will cover the cost for one licensing exam for Property and Casualty (P&C), including one retake if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on insurance products.
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and changes promptly and accurately.
- Assist clients with claims management, guiding them through the process and providing support as needed.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) license required; experience in commercial insurance preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry is a plus.
