DIRECTOR OF PRACTICE SERVICES - KEYSTONE WOMEN’S CARE
Keystone Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Chambersburg, PA is looking for a Practice Director for our busy Women’s Care Practice. This individual will manage daily operations of the office, clinical staff, and office staff while assuring quality patient care in accordance with Keystone Health’s mission. Serves as a role model in attitude, attendance, behavior, professional appearance and in communication and interactions with other employees and patients. Demonstrates confidence in decision making, flexibility and responsiveness to changing demands, and the ability to prioritize duties to meet operational and other needs.
Education and/or Experience: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program: BSN preferred. Experience in labor and delivery, triage, and postpartum nursing care (preferred). Experience in office nursing and management desired. Experience in quality management and accreditation programs desired.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations: Current Pennsylvania RN license and CPR required.
