SUMMARY: The DHM Land Surveyor estimates and determines project boundaries for construction projects, both residential and commercial. They evaluate land development plans to determine construction location for buildings, roads, utilities, and stormwater facilities. They provide the stakeout needed for the construction crews to build and install all approved items.
