Event Description:
The Allison-Antrim Museum its November Speaker Meeting in the German Bank Barn beginning at 7 p.m.  The facility is wheelchair accessible. 

Don Arrowood will present a PowerPoint presentation on several of well-known caverns in Franklin County.  The main cavern covered will be Baker Caverns, now known as Black-Coffey Caverns in Williamson, PA. Have you visited Black-Coffey Caverns? One enters the caverns through the basement of a private home.  Another cavern that will be covered is the Shockey Cave on the mountain between Buena Vista and Fort Ritchie. And did you know there’s a cave in Greencastle on property that was once owned by Dr. Charles B. Carl, of Carl’s Drug Store.
