Are you curious how you can safely incorporate using essential oils into your everyday lifestyle? Or maybe you have been using oils already but aren’t confident if you’re using them safely?
Join us for this month’s Lunch & Learn on May 23 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Chamber! Sharon Smith, the Essential Oils Specialist from Norland Avenue Pharmacy will share a little about using oils safely while also demonstrating how to blend some useful items like a pain/inflammation gel, a respiratory aid and even a blend to help with those moments of anxiety or anxiousness. You will receive recipes for all three, and a few people will have their names drawn to take home the blends made that day.
