Event Description:

The Franklin County Storytelling Festival is continuing its 3rd year by hosting three great storytellers over two days.  Come and experience great stories, food, music and even a scavenger hunt.  This year the event is presented by the Coyle Free Library and sponsored by the CoyleFriends.
On Saturday, September 23rd, storytelling festival will be held in the auditorium on Scotland Campus, in Scotland PA.  The event will be from 11 am to 5 pm.  From 11 am to 12:30 pm, each storyteller will get a half hour to tell family-focused stories.  Then the afternoon, 2 pm to 5 pm, each storyteller gets an hour to share more fabulous stories.  There will be a fundraiser lunch being by Holy Smokes BBQ in Boozer Hall from 12:30 pm to 2 pm.  You will also be able to experience the old time, bluegrass, country stylings of The Good Roads Jubilee led by David Welch during lunch.
